(c)(1) Section 13(b) is amended by adding after paragraph (25) the following new paragraph: "(26) any employee who is engaged in the processing of sugar beets, sugar beet molasses, or sugarcane into sugar (other than refined sugar) or syrup and who receives compensation for employment in excess of— " (A) seventy-two hours in any workweek for not more than six workweeks in a year, " (B) sixty-four hours in any workweek for not more than four workweeks in that year. " (C) fifty-four hours in any workweek for not more than two workweeks in that year, and " (D) forty-eight hours in any other workweek in that year, at a rate not less than one and one-half times the regular rate at which he is employed; or".
