Public Law 94-32 94th Congress An Act Making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply supplemental appropriations (this Act may be cited as the "Second Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1976") for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I CHAPTER I DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FARMERS H O M E

ADMINISTRATION

AGRICULTURAL CREDIT INSURANCE

FUND

Additional loans may be insured, or made to be sold and insured under this Fund in accordance with and subject to the provisions of 7 U.S.C. 1928-1929 as follows: operating loans, $100,000,000. FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICE CHILD N U T R I T I O N PROGRAMS

For an additional amount to carry out the National School Lunch Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1751-1761), and the applicable provisions other than section 3 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, as amended (42 U.S.C; 1773-1785), $176,856,000, to remain available until expended, including $52,000,000 for the summer operations of the Special Food Program, from which sum the Secretary shall apportion to each State an amount of the funds appropriated for the program for the period May through September ^975 that bears the same ratio to the total of such funds as the amount of funds expended during the period May through September 1974 in such State bears to the total amount of funds expended in the program during the same period in all States. If any State cannot utilize all of the funds so apportioned to it, the Secretary shall make further distribution to the remaining States based on need for such funds. FOOD S T A M P

For an additional amount for the "Food stamp program' $884,815,000, to remain available until expended. SPECIAL M I L K

PROGRAM

For an additional amount to carry out the provisions of the "Special milk program", as authorized by section 3 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1772), $5,000,000.
