Williams shall surrender to the commissioner of the general land office Choctaw certificate number thirteen, and Cherokee preemption certificate number eighty-eight, or, in such manner as the said commissioner shall direct, secure the government against the validity of the same, and prove, also, that there are no conflicting claims to said land.
