SEC. 319. Section 302 of the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1976, and the period ending September 30, 1976 (Public Law 94-134) is amended by striking out "$350,000,000" and all that follows down through the period at the end thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "$437,500,000 in fiscal year 1976, including the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976.". This Act may be cited as the "Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1977." Approved August 14, 1976.
