PUBLIC LAW 94-439—SEPT. 30, 1976 RETIREMENT PAY AND MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR COMMISSIONED OFFICERS

For retired pay of commissioned officers, as authorized by law, and for payments under the Retired Serviceman's Family Protection Plan; Survivor Benefit Plan and payments for medical care of dependents and retired personnel under the Dependents' Medical Care Act (10 10 USC 1071 U.S.C. ch. 55), such amount as may be required during the current etseq. fiscal year. SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES OVERSEAS (SPECIAL FOREIGN CURRENCY PROGRAM)

For payments in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department determines to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States, for necessary expenses for conducting scientific activities overseas, as authorized by law, $1,500,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available in addition to other appropriations for such activities, for payments in the foregoing currencies.
