From amounts made available in the fiscal year 1976 appropriation under this head, not to exceed $244,673 shall be used to pay the cost of a study by the Georgia Institute of Technology to devise analytical procedures for intercity transportation and development planning using the route identified in section 143(1) of Public Law 93-87 as the focus of the study. For an additional amount for "Acquisition, construction, and improvements", $10,000,000 for carrying out the provisions of Public Law 94r-265, Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976, to remain available until expended. RETIRED PAY

For an additional amount for "Ketired pay", $8,000,000. For an additional amount for "Retired pay" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $3,250,000. STATE BOATING SAFETY ASSISTANCE
