I'eb. 5, 1970 [S. 1657] 20 USC 75a. "Portraiture."

rpij amend the National Portrait Gallery Act to redefine "portraiture".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 2(e) of the National P o r t r a i t Gallery Act (Public Law 87-443) is amended as follows: " The term ' p o r t r a i t u r e ' includes portraits and reproductions thereof made by any means or process, whether invented or developed heretofore or hereafter.". Approved February 5, 1976.
