relieved under the first section of this Act of liability to the United States shall be paid to or received by any agent or attorney of such individual on account of services rendered in connection with these claims. Any person violating the provisions of this subsection shall be Penalty guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved October 25, 1977.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstand- Ermelinda Rossi ing the provision of section 212(a) (25) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ermelinda Rossi may be issued a visa and be 8 USC 1182. admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act: Provided further, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act. 8 USC 1183. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Lee Young Soo. istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lee Young Soo may 8 USC 1101 note, be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of such Act upon approval of a petition filed on her behalf by Lieutenant 8 USC 1101. Colonel and Mrs. Duane L. Ginter, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of such Act. The parents, brothers, and sisters of 8 USC 1154. the said Lee Young Soo shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
