CORRECTION IN ENROLLED BILL H.R. 6161 Resolved by the Hoiise of Representatives {the Senate concumng), That in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 6161), to amend the Clean Air Act and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following corrections: (1) In proposed section 165(d)(2)(D)(i) of the Clean Air Act (as contained in section 127 of the bill)(A) strike out "in any class I area", and (B) strike out "applicable to such area" and insert in lieu thereof "applicable to any class I area". (2) In proposed section 162(a) of the Clean Air Act (as contained in section 127 of the bill)(A) strike out "1977, and all" and substitute: "1977 shall be class I areas and may not be redesignated. All" and (B) strike out "and may not be redesignated" and insert in lieu thereof "which may be redesignated as provided in this part". .
