PUBLIC LAW 95-45—JUNE 15, 1977 INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS
Text, transmittal to State Department.
SEC. 5. (a) Section 112b, title I, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: "Any department or agency of the United States Government which enters into any international agreement on behalf of the United States shall transmit to the Department of State the text of such agreement not later than twenty days after such agreement has been signed.". (b) The second sentence of such section is amended by deleting the words "Foreign Affairs" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "International Relations". Approved June 15, 1977.
