Sea Grant Program. Appropriation authorization.
To authorize appropriations for the National Sea Grant Program Act during fiscal year 1978, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted iy the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That sections 206 and 212 of the National Sea Grant Program Act (33 U.S.C. 1125 and 1131) are each amended by striking out "the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977" and inserting in lieu thereof "each of the fiscal years ending September 30, 1977, and September 30, 1978". SEC. 2. Section 3(c) of the Sea Grant Program Improvement Act of 1976 (33 U.S.C. 1124a) is amended by striking out "the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977" and inserting in lieu thereof "each of the fiscal years ending September 30, 1977, and September 30, 1978". Approved June 29, 1977.
