Public Law 95-20 95th Congress An Act To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to increase the amount authorized to be appropriated for the Securities and Exchange Commission for fiscal year 1977.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 35 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78a et seq.) is amended by striking the amount "$55,000,000" before the words "for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977" and inserting in lieu thereof the amount "$56,500,000". Approved April 13, 1977.
