Public Law 95-104 95th Congress An Act Authorizing additional appropriations for prosecution of projects in certain comprehensive river basin plans for flood control, water conservation, recreation, hydroelectric power and other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in addition to previous authorizations there is hereby authorized to be appropriated for the prosecution of the comprehensive plans of development of the river basins under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Army referred to in the first column below, which was authorized by the Act referred to in the second column below, an amount not to exceed that shown opposite such river basin in the third column below: Basin Brazos River B a s i n.. San Joaquin River Basin.
