"Salaries and expenses", $9,445,000: Provided, That in addition, not to exceed an additional $1,036,000 may be transferred to and merged with this appropriation from the Commodity Credit Corporation fund; FEDERAL CROP INSURANCE CORPORATION

"Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Fund", $1,005,000 for administrative and operating expenses which may be paid from premium income; "Rural Development Service", $75,000; RURAL ELECTRIFICATION ADMINISTRATION
