To amend section 202(d) of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty—Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act to extend the deadline for filing a report of rulemaking procedures.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 202(d) of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty—Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act is amended by striking out "July 5, 1978", and inserting in lieu thereof "June 30, 1979". Approved November 1, 1978.
