Be it enacted by the Senate arid House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Cathy Gee Yuen, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of such Act shall not be applicable in this case. For the relief of Kwong Lam Yuen.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a) (23) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Kwong Lam Yuen may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Approved October 30, 1978.
