Be, it ermoted by the Senate artd House of Representatives of the United States of America m Congress assembled, That in the administration of the Immigration and Naturalization Act the provisions of section 312(1) of that Act shall be inapplicable in the case of Elisabetta Basso Gallizio.

Private Law 95-138 95th Congress An Act For the relief of Lily Lirio Galindo.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lily Lirio Galindo, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of such Act shall not be applicable in this case.
