PUBLIC LAW 95-613—NOV. 8, 1978 SEC. 2. Section 1121(b)(5) of the Public Health Service Act is amended (A) by striking out " and " after "1977,". and (B) by inserting before the period a comma and the following: "$3,500,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1979, $4,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, and $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1981". Approved November 8, 1978.
