ASSISTANCE FOR RELOCATION OF FACILITIES IN ISRAEL

For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of chapter 7 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, $800,000,000, to Ante, p. 89. remain available until expended: Provided, That authority to enter into contracts may be exercised to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes of that chapter. FOREIGN MILITARY CREDIT SALES

For an additional amount for "Foreign military credit sales" for Egypt and Israel, $870,000,000. INDEPENDENT AGENCY ACTION—INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS PEACE CORPS

For an additional amount for "Operating expenses, international programs", $3,221,000. DEPARTMENT OF STATE MIGRATION AND REFUGEE ASSISTANCE

For an additional amount for "Migration and refugee assistance", $108,910,000: Provided, That funds from this appropriation shall be used to reimburse other agencies or accounts for costs incurred in connection with the movement of refugees: Provided further. That funds from this appropriation may be made available to reimburse voluntary agencies for expenses, including interest, incurred by such agencies during fiscal year 1979 for care, movement and resettlement of refugees. UNITED STATES EMERGENCY REFUGEE AND MIGRATION ASSISTANCE FUND

For an additional amount for "United States emergency refugee and migration assistance fund", $17,200,000, to remain available until expended. CHAPTER V DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT NEIGHBORHOODS, VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATIONS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION NEIGHBORHOOD SELF-HELP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

For contracts, grants, and other assistance, not otherwise provided for, to neighborhood organizations as authorized by the Neighborhood Self-Help Development Act of 1978 (42 U.S.C. 8121-8124), $5,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1980.
