Private Law 96-23 96th Congress An Act Dec. 20, 1979 [H.R. 1888] Kenneth and Jacqueline Traylar • 8 USC 1101. 8 USC 1154.

For the relief of Kenneth and Jacqueline Traylar.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Kenneth Traylar and Jacqueline Traylar may be classified as children within the meaning of section 101(b)(l)(P) of the Act, upon approval of petitions filed in their behalf by Jerome and Louise Traylar, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved December 20, 1979.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lunette Joyce Clarke may be classified as a child within the meaning of section lOlObXlXF) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Maud Lyn Clarke, a citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Elizabeth Myers United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstandMcNeil. ing any other provision of law, the remains of Elizabeth Myers McNeil, late a resident of Columbia, South Carolina, may be buried in the Veals Chapels Cemetery located on the grounds of Fort Jackson, South Carolina, her late husband, Winford McNeil, already being buried in such cemetery. Approved December 20, 1979.
