International SSities extension '
IJIQ amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to extend for two months certain authonties relating to the international energy program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subsection (i) of section 252 of the Ener^ Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 62720')) is amended by striking out "October 31, 1979" and inserting in lieu thereof "November 30, 1979". Approved October 31, 1979.
