Review.
PUBLIC LAW 96-312—JULY 23, 1980 longer period of time is required to satisfy the requirements of the United States Constitution. (c) Any review of any decision of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho shall be made by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States and shall be assigned for hearing and completed at the earliest possible date, and shall be expedited in every possible way. Approved July 23, 1980.
