PUBLIC LAW 96-529—DEC. 15, 1980

SEC. 2. The monument referred to in the first section shall consist of a fifty-foot, sculptured, stainless steel obelisk created by Daniel Johnson and named "Pe^ce Form One", and shall be installed in Ralph J. Bunche Park in New York City. Approved December 15, 1980.
