The United States Governor of the Asian Development Bank may subscribe without fiscal year limitation to the callable capital portion of the United States share of such increase in capital stock in an amount not to exceed $42,632,409. CONTMBUTION TO THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND

For necessary expenses to cany out the provisions of section 301 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, and of section 2 of the United ^2 USC 2221. Nations Environment Program Participation Act of 1973, 22 USC 287 note. $215,438,000: Provided, That no funds shall be available for the United Nations Fund for Science and Technology or the United Nations Decade for Women: Provided further, TTiat not less than $126,750,000 shall be available only for the United Nations Development Program: Provided further. That not more than $41,500,000 shall be available for the United Nations Children's Fund: Provided further, That not more than $7,850,000 shall be available for the United Nations Environment Program.
