Public Law 97-175 97th Congress An Act To change the name of the landing strip at White Sands Missile Range in the State of New Mexico, to "M^ite Sands Space Harbor".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the landing White Sands strip known as Northrup Strip, located at White Sands Missile deSSSfon^'^' Range in the State of New Mexico, shall hereafter be known as "White Sands Space Harbor". Any law, regulation, document, or record of the United States in wWch such landing strip is designated or referred to shall be held and considered to be a reference to "White Sands Space Harbor".
