Making urgent supplemental appropriations for thefiscalyear ending September 80, 1982, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Urgent United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following Supplemental ^ gm^^g ^^.Q appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not Act!T98? otherwise appropriated, to supply supplemental appropriations (this Act may be cited as the "Urgent Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1982") for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982, and for other purposes, namely: TITLEI CHAPTERI DEPARTMENT OF LABOR EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION (TRANSFER OF F U N D S)
For an additional amount for "Program administration", $8,742,000 to be derived by transfer from Employment and Training Administration, "Employment and training assistance". EMPIX)YMENT AND TRAINING ASSISTANCE
For an additional amount for the Summer Youth Program under part C of title IV of the Comprehensive Employment and Training 29 USC 942.
Act, $45,000,000. EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS ADMINISTRATION SALARIES A N D EXPENSES

For an additional amount for Salaries and expenses", $4,259,000 to be derived by transfer from Emplo^ment and Training Admhiistration, "Employment and training assistance".
