PUBLIC LAW 97-151—MAR. 10, 1982 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation designating March 21, 1982, as Afghanistan Day, and calling upon the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved March 10, 1982.
