"(4) with the consent of the parties involved make findings and recommendations in uncontested proceedings, and in contested hearings in the civil, criminal and family divisions of the superior court. A rehearing of the case, or a review of the hearing commissioner's findings and recommendations, may be made by a judge of the appropriate division sua sponte. The findings and recommendations of the hearing commissioner shall when approved by a judge of the appropriate division constitute a final order of the superior court. For an additional amount for "Operating expenses, atomic energy defense activities", $57,000,000, to remain available until expended. PLANT AND CAPITAL EQUIPMENT ENERGY SUPPLY, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (TRANSFER OF FUNDS)
For an additional amount for "Plant and capital equipment, energy supply, research and development", $14,000,000, to remain available until expended, which shall be derived by transfer from "Geothermal Resources Development Fund".
