(B) by striking out "in fishing" in subparagraph (B) and Ante, p. 107. inserting in lieu thereof "in fishing, except recreational fishing permitted under section 201(j),". (c) The last sentence of section 311(a) (16 U.S.C. 1861(a)) is repealed. ri(d) Section 8 of the Central, Western, and South Pacific Fisheries Development Act (16 U.S.C. 758e-5) is amended by striking out "and 1982" and inserting in lieu thereof "1982, 1983, 1984, and 1985". Approved January 12, 1983.
