The Secretary of Defense may construct family housing units (including land acquisition) and acquire manufactured home facilities at classified locations overseas in the total amount of $1,210,000 for not in excess of eleven units. IMPROVEMENTS TO MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS SEC. 403. Subject to section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of Defense may make expenditures to improve exist- ing military family housing units in an amount not to exceed $35,000. AUTHORITY TO USE UNOBLIGATED PRIOR YEAR AUTHORITY FOR CONTINGENCY CONSTRUCTION SEC. 404. During fiscal year 1984, the Secretary of Defense may carry out contingency construction projects under section 2804 of title 10, United States Code, in an amount not to exceed $16,000,000.
