PUBLIC LAW 98-249—MAR. 31, 1984 SEC. 3. (a) Section 8339(o) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking out "April 1, 1984" and inserting in lieu thereof "May 1, 1984". (b) Section 8331(22) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking out "March 31, 1984" and inserting in lieu thereof "April 30, 1984". Approved March 31, 1984.
