JOINT RESOLUTION To designate the week beginning October 7, 1984, as "National Children's Week" High Plains States Groundwater Demonstration Program Act of 1983. AN ACT To authorize and direct the Secretary of the Interior to engage in a special study of the potential for groundwater recharge in the High Plains States, and for other purposes Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act.
