subject to the direction of the court, the species may be sold for not less than its reasonable market value and the proceeds of such sale placed in the registry of the court pending judgment in the case. SEC. 10. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years after fiscal year 1984 such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act. Approved October 4, 1984.
