Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the joint resolution enacted by Congress on October 4, 1984 (H.J. Res. 656), is hereby Ante, p. I73i. amended by striking out "six o'clock post meridiem, eastern daylight time, October 5, 1984" and inserting in lieu thereof "October 9, 1984". Approved October 6, 1984.
