Public Law 99-63 99th Congress An Act To extend the time for conducting the referendum with respect to the national marketing quota for wheat for the marketing year beginning June 1, 1986.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 336 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 (7 U.S.C. 1336) is amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the referendum with respect to the national marketing quota for wheat for the marketing year beginning June 1, 1986, may be conducted not later than thirty-one days after adjournment sine die of the first session of the Ninety-ninth Congress.". Approved July 11, 1985.
