The United States Governor of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development may subscribe without fiscal year limitation to the callable capital portion of the United States share of increases in capital stock in an amount not to exceed $1,353,220,096. , ^, v CONTRIBUTION TO THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION

For payment to the International Development Association by the Secretary of the Treasury, $700,000,000, for the second installment of the United States contribution to the seventh replenishment, to remain available until expended: Provided, That no such payment may be made while the United States Executive Director to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development is compensated by the Bank at a rate in excess of the rate provided for an individual occupying a position at level IV of the Executive Schedule under section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, or while the alternate United States Executive Director to the Bank is compensated by the Bank at a rate in excess of the rate provided for an individual occupying a position at level V of the Executive Schedule under section 5316 of title 5, United States Code. CONTRIBUTION TO THE SPECIAL PACHITY FOR SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA

For payment to the Special Facility for Sub-Saharan Africa by the Secretary of the Treasury, $75,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That funds made available under this heading shall be paid to the Special Facility for Sub-Saharan Africa no later than December 31, 1985. For payment to the International Finance Corporation by the Secretary of the Treasury, $29,077,390, for the United States share of the increase in subscriptions to capital stock, to remain available until expended. , . CONTRIBUTION TO THE INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK

For payment to the Inter-American Development Bank by the Secretary of the Treasury for the United States share of the increase in the resources of the Fund for Special Operations, $40,000,000, to remain available until expended; and $38,000,983 for the United States share of the increase in paid-in capital stock to remain available until expended; and $11,700,000 for the United States share of the capital stock of the Inter-American Investment Corporation to remain available until expended: Provided, That no such payment may be made while the United States Executive Director for the Bank is compensated by the Bank at a rate in excess of the rate provided for an individual occupying a position at level IV of
