of such building or buildings and methods of financing the construction of such building or buildings. (d) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATION.—There is authorized to be appropriated to the Architect of the Capitol $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1986 to carry out this Act. From funds appropriated to carry out this Act, the Architect shall make available to the Secretary of Transportation such amounts as may be necessary for the Secretary to carry out the Secretary's functions under this Act. Funds appropriated to carry out this Act shall remain available until expended. Approved December 28, 1985.
