1 borderer, occupy 18 ploughlands. Seven mills pay 4 pounds and 5 ſhillings. There are 15 acres of meadow. The paſture is 1 mile and a half ſquare. The wood is 3 furlongs in length, and half a furlong broad. A military man holds of this manor 2 hides, wanting 1 yardland, and could not be removed from the church. And Ernulfus de Heſding holds 2 hides of the King, which the abbot gave T. R. E. to a military man, who however could not be removed from the church. It is valued at 30 ſhillings. The demeſne of the abbot was valued at 26 pounds; now at 28 pounds.

4. The ſame church holds 2 hides in Wintreburne, where are 2 ploughlands. Of this land 1 hide and 1 ploughland, with 3 ſervants, are in demeſne. One villager and 4 borderers occupy 1 ploughland. Here are 4 acres of meadow, and 60 acres of paſture. It was valued at 10 ſhillings; now at 40.
