9. Stradford was aſſeſſed T.R.E. at 13 hides. Here are 7 ploughlands. Nine hides and a yardland are in demeſne, where are 1 ploughlands and 7 ſervants. Six villagers, 4 borderers, and 10 cottagers, occupy 4 ploughlands. Two mills pay 17 ſhillings and ſixpence. Here are 15 acres of meadow, and 2 acres of paſture near the river, and other paſture I mile and a half long, and 6 furlongs broad. A burgage in Wiltune, belonging to this manor, pays 20 pence. It is valued at 20 pounds.
