Problem with this page

The content of this page has been proofread from a printed out copy. If the whole file is downloaded and viewed in any number of PDF viewer/editors, or in web browsers (e.g. Firefox, Edge, etc.), this page displays properly. If the individual page is viewed in Commons it appears to be blank. This is a not uncommon problem with PDF files, where one or two pages in a file won't render properly. The appearance of the effected pages differs from almost blank, like this one, to almost a solid blacked out block of text. I have reported this problem, as have others, but no one seems able to fix it. Chrisguise (talk) 13:44, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
