I had a copy of this treaty in Word and pasted it in page by page. I am to editing Wikipedia, decided to format it so it was more or less user friendly. I left out the paragraph comments/guides on the side.

Would like to put Previous page, Next page in both header and footer but could not figure out how to do it with [[xxx|]] probably is [xxx] sigh Rcollman (talk) 13:32, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
