In accordance with the Decision of the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress on the Number of Deputies to the Fourteenth National People's Congress and the Election of the Deputies, the number of deputies to the Fourteenth National People's Congress to be elected from among the ethnic minorities shall be about 360, which is the same as that to the Thirteenth National People's Congress. The specific allocation plan is as follows:

I. The total number of ethnic minority deputies elected from the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be 320, of which:

II. Fourteen ethnic minority deputies shall be allocated to the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Chinese People's Armed Police.

III. The rest of the 26 ethnic minority deputies shall be allocated by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress in accordance with the law.
