An Act
To designate the Department of Veterans Affairs clinic in Alpena, Michigan,
as the ``Lieutenant Colonel Clement C. Van Wagoner Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic´´.


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

[edit] Section 1. Lieutenant Colonel Clement C. Van Wagoner Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic.

(a) Designation.—
The Department of Veterans Affairs clinic located in Alpena, Michigan, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act be known and designated as the ``Lieutenant Colonel Clement C. Van Wagoner Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic´´.
(b) References.—
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Lieutenant Colonel Clement C. Van Wagoner Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic´´.
