PRESIDENT'S SCENARIO:

At 2:15 p.m. you will arrive at the Main Entrance (330 Independence Avenue N.W.) of HEW and will be met by Secretary Robert Finch and Mr. Pat Frey, Executive Assistant to the Secretary. Secretary Finch will escort you to the lobby inside the Main Entrance, where he will introduce you to the following HEW officials:

It is expected you will speak approximately 15-20 minutes.


You will be escorted from the large Conference Room at approximately 3:45 p.m. by Secretary Kennedy and will return to the White House. (They will be prepared for you to shake hands with those assembled if your schedule permits).
