VISIT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR APPENDIX "B"

Tuesday, February 4, 1969


2:15 p. m. You will arrive at the Constitution Avenue entrance to the U. S. Labor Departmental auditorium where you will be met by the Secretary of Labor, George Shultz. He will escort you to Con­ference Room A on the first floor, where you will be met by key Labor Department officials. Attendees will be:

After meeting with the above people, the Secretary will escort you to Conference Room B adjacent to Conference Room A, where you will address approximately 200 top labor Department officials. Secretary Shultz will escort you to the stage, where a single stand-up microphone will be provided.

You will be introduced by Secretary Shultz and he will remain seated on the platform as you speak. (It is expected that you will speak for 10-15 minutes.)

You will be escorted from the Conference Room B by the Secretary and will proceed to the motorcade at the Constitution Avenue exit, where you will depart the Department of Labor at approximately 2:55 p. m.

NOTE:The Press will be present in Conference Room B for your talk to the Labor Department officials.
