Broken formatting in modern text?[edit]

The formatting (and some of the spelling) in the modern version is broken. I do not want to tamper with the meaning of the language, but I will attempt to render it as it would be today, formatting and all. If this is inappropriate, please revert my change and notify me. The only change that I made to the actual words were replacing "we would you should" with "We would have you", which is, at least to me, much more readable and "flowing", as well as adding the Latin translation. Also, I have capitalized titles and the Royal pronoun, but wasn't sure if it should be "My Lord of Wherever" or "my Lord of Wherever"; feel free to correct.
