Note - Not a candidate for speedy deletion[edit]

This is a United States Federal Court case, before the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. It fits in with a series of other cases, and soon the lower case will be added as well, and this case will then be clarified from the lower court caselaw. In any event, in this situation the Opinion of the United States Court of Appeals is given, and as such this caselaw is important and a notable addition to WikiSource. A court case about a private person? What is the value of that for Wikisource? ≈ jossi ≈ t@ 17:22, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
No-notable. Most definitively a speedy delete candidate. ≈ jossi ≈ t@ 20:18, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Please stop using the word "notable" in this sense, as this does not apply in this situation on WikiSource. The case is from the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, establishes legal precedent and caselaw, and is worthy of inclusion on WikiSource. At the very least, most certainly not a candidate for speedy deletion. Smee 21:25, 11 June 2007 (UTC).[reply]
