Inductiveload: This work appears to be An Inquiry into the Causes and Effects of the Variolæ Vaccinæ, a Disease Discovered in Some of the Western Counties of England, Particularly Gloucestershire, and Known by the Name of the Cow Pox (1798), which may be viewed here. I don’t see it called Vaccination Against Smallpox (or On Vaccination Against Smallpox) except in modern reprintings, so the page should be moved (to An Inquiry into the Causes and Effects of the Variolæ Vaccinæ or An Inquiry into the Causes and Effects of the Variolae Vaccinae, as a more reasonably lengthy title).
