- use {{PermissionOTRS|ticket=https://secure.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=000000}} when you know the URL of the OTRS ticket.
- use {{PermissionOTRS|id=0000000000000000}} when you only know the ID number.
- This function used to be accomplished by using {{PermissionOTRS-ID|0000000000000000}}.
