Haldi, Raja of; Narain Deo Thakur Prasad; b. 1859; succeeded, 1860; Head of the Hayoban clan of Rajputs who had established themselves at Ratanpur in the Central Provinces. In recognition of the valuable services rendered by Sarab Narayan Deo, the last ancestor of this family, to the British in the Mutiny of 1857. he was given 2 villages in Ballia, with the title of Raja.
